Learning to make your own photo book may seem like a costly option when creating a photo album. The software investment may delay this process because of the cost involved. Guess what, you can use PowerPoint templates to design beautiful photo books easily and quickly!
PowerPoint 2007 has several photo book templates available for use. To see your templates in PowerPoint 2007, open PowerPoint. Select the office button and select new. Type photo album in the search window and press the enter key.
You will see several free photo albums to select for your project. They will range from classic to contemporary photo album options. Click the one that best fits your needs and click download.
Once the photo album template downloads, press the page up and page down button to see the variety of slide layouts that accompany your photo album. You will see slides that have one picture to slides holding up to 5 pictures.
To change the default pictures included in the album, right click on the photo and select change picture. Browse your computer and locate the picture you want to use. Once you have made your changes to your photo album, save your photo album so you can print it later.
When you are ready to print your photo book, preview the slides prior to printing. Make any revisions prior to the final print. This is also when you will decide if your pages will be single or double sided. This will affect how thick your book will be.
